Affiliate Program Terms

By signing up to be an affiliate with Printdog.com you are accepting these terms and the terms and policies of our web site and company.

• Your must be 18 years of age or older and live in the United States to take part in this program.
• You must be a human. No bots or other automated methods are permitted.
• You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site.
• "Illegal" websites, companies, and organizations are not eligible and includes, but are not limited to sites, companies, and organizations that: promotes sexually explicit material, promotes violence, promotes discrimination, promotes illegal act ivies, incorporates ant materials which mat infringe or assist to infringe upon copyright and trademark law, contains the word "Printdog" or any variation thereof in their domain name, contains downloads that contain viruses or other malware, or are otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising with this agreement or the program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Your may not use the affiliate program for any illegal or unauthorized use. If you are found to violate the laws in your jurisdiction we will terminate our agreement with you. This includes mail and any form of solicitation.
• Commission paid only upon first successful paid transaction from a user who inputs in their shopping cart your designated referral code.
• Printdog is not obligated to keep track of users who do not use the referral code, but were referred to our website.
• A 5% commission will be paid monthly for successful orders to Printdog.com and does not include special services, such as: Web 2 Print Solutions, Mailing List Purchasing, and File Repair or Design Services.
• Payments will only begin after your have earned $50 or more in commissions.
• Commission percentage applies to first order only of new clients and excludes tax, shipping, and proof (if applicable).
• PR2 (Page Rank 2) or higher sites only. Any websites less than PR2 or are found to be using "Black Hack SEO" will be disqualified.
• Referrals include, but are not limited to: word-of-mouth, website links, PPC, direct mail, and marketing collateral.
• Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
• Payment will be referred to as "payment for a services", with the benefactor considered an "independent contractor" and not an: employee, partner, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or any other title other than what is specified.
• You may not use any graphics or text on our website without the written, expressed permission of Printdog.com.
• Printdog.com makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding Printdog.com service and website or the products or products provided therein, any implied warranties of Printdog.com ability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are expressly disclaimed and excluded.
