What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following methods of payment:

What information is needed for payment?
Your credit or debit card information and billing information. If you are using
you do not need to put in any additional payment information; just log in. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to check out.
When will I be billed for my order?
The full amount of the order will be billed automatically to your credit or debit card after you submitted your order. If you do not pay for your order and abandon your cart after clicking "Pay With Card" we may issue you an invoice for the amount due upon request.
Is your website secure for payment?
Yes. All online transactions are processed through PayPal, one of the top payment gateways in the world.
Do you charge state sales tax?
Printdog is located in San Diego, California, so the state sales tax of 7.25% plus the San Diego county sales tax of .5% applies to all orders being shipped to a California address.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We use FedEX and USPS for shipping. We also offer local pickup for people living or in San Diego county. See the
page for details.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. We offer local pick up for people in San Diego County. After you are notified that your order is ready, come to our shop located at 8310 Miramar Road, San Diego CA 92121. Our store hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00AM to 5:00PM.
